Why “Duo”?
Duonera (duonera.com) is a two-person indie AI studio that designs, builds and maintains MermaidFix, LangOria and GEO-Pilot — AI-native products serving a global audience.
Duonera comes from duo — two people. For us, staying small isn’t a compromise; it’s a choice: faster decisions, fewer layers, deeper chemistry. We don’t split roles — design and engineering never sit behind two different walls; they happen at the same table.
Every product is built by the two of us, end to end — think it through, build it, ship it, grow it. Design and engineering talk at the same table, so ideas reach users by the shortest path.
We believe the best product form of the AI era is still undefined — and a small team is exactly the right unit to explore it. That’s how Duonera will always work.
